kotortopo.blogspot.com

From navigating classroom "Zoom bombings" to supporting students with no internet connection, this year, teachers across the nation have been stepping up in greater ways due to the coronavirus pandemic. Everyone, even businesses, has taken notice.

For Teacher Appreciation Week, which begins May 4 and extends through May 8, some restaurants are offering from pizza buffets to cellphone plans in order to spread the love.

Dates of the offers and participation can vary by location. To be on the safe side, always check with your closest location before heading out. Also, some will require you to have a restaurant's app or be signed up for emails.

In some cases, a valid teacher ID is required to get a hold of the freebie or the Teacher Appreciation discount. (Sorry, parents and guardians who have been doubling as teachers at home. You're eligible only where indicated.)
