Last night in Houston, Texas, the National paid tribute to the late Daniel Johnston, whose death of a heart attack was reported yesterday. During their song “Not in Kansas,” the band replaced the chorus with a rendition of “Devil Town,” from Johnston’s album 1990. Watch footage uploaded to the band’s official page below.
