New 'Fantastic Beasts: The Wonder of Nature' Exhibit Now Open - Inside the Magic

Alert to all wizards! Dark wizards have spilled the truth about the existence of fantastic magical creatures to the muggles by exhibiting them at a muggle world museum!

Well, ok, not exactly. Warner Bros and the Natural History Museum in London have paired up to put out a magical exhibit based on The Wizarding World’s Fantastic Beasts saga.

The exhibition draws a parallel between our muggle world and the wizarding world. It places side by side J.K. Rollins literary creations — Newt Scamander work as a magizoologist and the mythical creatures he studies — and the real work of zoologists, and inspired by real animals, as described on the Natural History Museum‘s website:

Discover where the real and wizarding worlds intertwine, and how the wonders of the natural world have inspired myths, legends and magical creatures for generations.

Embark on a journey where not all is as it seems, where magical beasts and fantastic animals share abilities and behaviours that allow them to dazzle, attract and escape.

Celebrate real-world scientists who, like the character Newt Scamander™, help us to understand our planet’s extraordinary creatures so we can protect them for the future.

Besides learning about all the mythical beasts that exist in the magical world, there are also fascinating props used in the Harry Potter films and Fantastic beast franchise.
