Ultimately, the court decided that there was no compelling cause to grant FIFTY FIFTY's request to immediately revoke their exclusive contract with ATTRAKT. Judge sided with ATTRAKT in the case against the girl group members.

Now, the band's legal teams are currently debating whether to appeal the judge's ruling. The judge has rejected FIFTY FIFTY's complaint, stating that it is impossible to draw a conclusion that there was a breach of contract due to the lack of financial documents or thorough member health care.

On Aug 28, today, FIFTY FIFTY's motion for an injunction to terminate their exclusive contract with ATTRAKT was denied by the Seoul Central District Court. The typical remedy used to get a temporary order is a preliminary injunction. When a request is denied, it indicates that there is no compelling basis to grant the applicant's request.

The members stated the company’s continuous selfish management and decisions as the cause for injunction. The girls talked about cases where their dues were not paid. It was also added that they were mistreated by the managing team. Ultimately, all four members of the group filed for a provisional injunction saying that their reputation was damaged.

There were conversations and meetings held between the parents of the members and the company's legal staff, but there was no compromise that would have satisfied all parties, which resulted in a lengthy jury trial and several public charges.
