Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter‘s PDA didn’t end at the MTV VMAs on Monday night.
Following the show, the new flames made their way to Up&Down nightclub in Manhattan for Columbia Records’ afterparty, where they were photographed holding hands as they walked inside.
Both Cyrus, 26, and Carter, 30, had changed out of their awards show ensembles into more comfortable looks. Cyrus paired jeans with a white crop top and a Fendi jacket while Carter opted for jeans with a white top and gray blazer.
Earlier in the evening, a VMAs backstage source told Page Six that Cyrus was seen “giving a sweet kiss” to Carter before taking the stage to perform her new breakup ballad “Slide Away,” which is about her split from husband Liam Hemsworth.
Carter and Cyrus have been linked since early August, when they were photographed kissing on a yacht in Italy. Carter had split from longtime love Brody Jenner, who also attended the afterparty with new girlfriend Josie Canseco, shortly before the Italian getaway.
The new couple haven’t hidden their romance, as another spy caught them “basically having sex” at Soho House in West Hollywood recently.
