Girls Planet 999 has finally found its top 9 and the dream team of Mnet that will debut soon as a multi-national K-pop group KEP1ER. From J group’s Sakamoto Mashiro, Ezaki Hikaru to K-pop group’s Kang Yeseo, Choi Yujin, Kim Dayeon and more, check all the winners below.
Girls Planet 999 that started with 99 contestants on August 6, finally found its top 9 after two months of stunning stages, a lot of heartbreaks, and winning hearts of netizens worldwide.
Girls Planet 999 round 1 got 4,300,524 votes while round 2 got 4944001 votes. The final episode was truly a circle coming full as Girls Planet 999 finalists took a look back at their audition tapes and video messages that they recorded 99 days ago for their future self who may or may not make it to the finale.

Who are KEP1ER? Members of new girl group explored
After 99 days of struggle, Mnet’s Girls Planet 999 chose the below mentioned members for their new debut group KEP1ER.
9. Shen Xiaoting
Shen Xiaoting ranked 9th. becoming the final member of girl group KEP1ER.
8. Sakamoto Mashiro
Japanese trainee Sakamoto Mashiro became the first announced member of Girls Planet 999 winners who will debut in top 9 for the newly formed group KEP1ER.
7. Ezaki Hikaru
Ezaki Hikaru who ranked number one in Judges Choice first round finally made it to number 7 in the winners ranking. She will debut in the new group KEP1ER.
6. Kang Yeseo
K-pop group participant Kang Yeseo has stunned the worldwide audience with her vocal skills. Yeseo will now be a part of Mnet’s new group KEP1ER.
5. Seo Young-eun
K-group’s Seo Young-eun who ranked 4th in the interim ranking managed her top position at number 5th for the finale. She will debut in the group KEP1ER.
4. Kim Dayeon
K group’s Kim Dayeon who is currently under Jellyfish Entertainment became the fourth winner of Girls Planet 999 finale.
3. Choi Yujin
CLC’s K-pop star Choi Yujin will now continue her K-pop journey with Mnet’s new group KEP1ER. Undoubtedly one of the most popular Girls Planet 999 member throughout the show ranked number 3rd at the finale.
2. Huening Bahiyyih
Huening Bahiyyih showed her talent of both vocal and dancing gradually through every round. Bahiyyih gained immense popularity as TXT Huening Kai’s sister even before the debut and her final ranking riding up to number 2 reflects the K-pop rookie’s growing prominence worldwide.

The name KEP1ER can be a homage to planet Keplers which have been named after astronomer Johannes Kepler. A fan shared colors of the Planet Keplers from which the concept could have been inspired.
