Snowdrop' actress Kim Mi Soo passes away; fans mourn her loss saying 'you will always have a special plac - Times of India

Fans of 'Snowdrop' actress Kim Mi Soo, were in for a shock on Wednesday, after news broke of her sudden demise at age 31.
Osen broke the news of the actress passing away. However, the cause of her death was not revealed. Shortly after the report went viral, her agency Landscape Entertainment confirmed the same and added that Kim Mi Soo's family is currently in a state of shock and grief-stricken by the loss.
The actress, features in a supporting role in 'Snowdrop' that features BLACKPINK star Jisoo in the lead. Kim Mi Soo played the role of Yeo Jung Min, one of Eun Young Ro's (Jisoo) dormmates.

Fans of the series took to social media to grieve her loss saying, "Room 207 will never be the same without Kim Mi Soo (Yeo Jeongmin)."

Another added, "Watching Snowdrop will be more painful right now."

Although the series is still airing, filming of the same was wrapped up as it was a pre-produced drama.

Kim Mi Soo's funeral service will be held at Taeneung Sungsim Funeral Home.

According to reports on Korean news portals, the actress' agency issued a statement that read, "We are relaying sorrowful and heartbreaking news. Kim Mi Soo suddenly passed away on January 5. The bereaved family is currently very heartbroken by the sudden mournful news."
It went on to add, "We sincerely ask you to refrain from making up rumours or speculative reports so that the bereaved family, who are in shock and grief-stricken, can reverently commemorate the deceased. As per her family’s wishes, the funeral will be held quietly in private. Please wish for Kim Mi Soo to rest in peace, and once again, we offer our deepest condolences to the deceased."
Kim Mi Soo has appeared in many known dramas including 'Hellbound', 'Hi Bye Mama', 'The School Nurse Files', and 'Yumi’s Cells'.
