2 PM Chansung is getting ready for his wedding in 2022 and here’s all we know about his fiancée, who is reportedly pregnant. After a latest report talked about the age difference between the pair, JYP broke their silence and officially commented on the subject.
Earlier, Chansung himself addressed the pregnancy of his girlfriend and his marriage plans with fans in a candid letter.
He wrote: “While preparing and planning marriage with this person after my military discharge, the blessing of a new life came to us earlier than expected, and we are planning to get married as early as the beginning of next year.
“We are very cautious as she is in the early stage of her pregnancy, but I am sharing this news as I thought that I should tell you first.”

Who is Chansung’s girlfriend?
According to a Korean report, Chansung’s girlfriend is not a celebrity and is eight years older than him.
The report also says that Chansung has been dating his fiancée for over five years. His bride-to-be is in her 40’s and Chansung introduced her as “a haven for my unstable heart for a long time, a friend I can talk to, and a lover.”
Their wedding was supposedly scheduled at the beginning of the year but due to the current Covid-19 situation, they are being cautious about the date, taking everyone’s safety into consideration.
JYP Entertainment responds to age difference claims
JYP Entertainment released a comment regarding the query of Chansung and his bride-to-be’s age difference.
The agency said: “Our exclusive contract with Hwang Chansung recently came to an end. Please understand that the inquiry regarding the artist is personal and thus, is difficult to confirm.”
Meanwhile, fans of 2 PM have been talking about the his marriage and girlfriend. A social media user wrote: “Chansung wife is 8 years older than him – they have been in a r/s (relationship) for 5 years, so precious! omg wedding clips with 2 PM so sooon!”
A second fan gushed, “Oh Chansung wife is 8 years older than him, thats cute!”
While the anticipation about 2 PM Chansung’s marriage is at an all-time high, there is no official date released for the wedding yet.
