First, we would like to express our gratitude to all the fans who love actor Byun Woo Seok, and we would like to share some important guidelines regarding recent visits to the artist's schedule locations.
Recently, due to large crowds gathering during the artist's activities, disorder and safety concerns have risen. For the protection of our artist and to foster a more mature fandom culture, we provide the following guidelines.
First, during non-public schedules, unauthorized visits by some fans have caused significant damage to both the artists and the organizers. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting unofficial schedule locations except for publicly announced events.
During public schedules, to prevent accidents caused by crowd congestion, we earnestly request that you refrain from actions that may endanger the safety of both fans and the artist. This includes actions such as closely approaching the artist, handing over letters and gifts directly, and any behavior that could lead to safety concerns. To prevent any accidents, in the future, please refrain from direct delivery to the actor; instead, hand over letters or gifts to the manager. If possible, please send letters and gifts to the company's address, and the management team will ensure they are delivered to the artist.
